📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls and emails from agency offices, accounts, and policyholders • Research information from a variety of sources to solve complex problems • Answer questions and assist business owners and bookkeepers with invoices • Communicate and explain basic account information, including billing statements • Aid users with the online billing system • Maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse high-tension situations • Maintain high-quality customer service • Participate in phone rotation • Research miscellaneous issues from accounts and agencies • Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Call center experience (1+ years preferred) • Customer service experience (2+ years preferred) • High school diploma or GED • Insurance experience is a plus • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills • Excellent time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse high-tension situations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated and able to stay focused while working from home • Reliable and punctual • Ability to work independently and make logical decisions based on provided information • Reliable and predictable attendance of the assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
