📋 Description

• Provide premier service in finalizing all reservation details • Ensure guests have a fantastic travel experience and become loyal champions of the travel brands • Receive 30+ incoming calls a day • Engage with customers via phone and email • Call or email guests regularly to follow up with existing customers • Hit clear monthly sales goals and KPIs • Maintain call handling expectations • Engage in assigned lead campaigns • Participate in regular training • Meet regularly with the Supervisor to discuss metrics and performance • Participate in weekly team meetings and Teams Chats • Work rotating Saturdays, with one compensating day off that week • Work overtime as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located and authorized to work in the USA or Canada • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales and service capacity within a call center environment • Passion for a positive guest experience and service-minded approach • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales/service-focused environment • Excellent verbal skills for friendly and efficient guest communication • Good time management, adaptability, and ability to manage call flow/control • Ability to write effective, professional email communication • Demonstrated understanding of service in retaining customer loyalty • Technical and functional skills using In-house Reservation System, Dynamics 365 (CRM), Intranet, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and possibly airline GDS • Interest in travel and working with points of interest/geography is a plus • Product knowledge of Globus products, services, policies, and features is a plus • Ability to work in a structured call center environment with shifts and performance measurements • Understanding of contact center schedule adherence requirements, post schedules, and proper phone status • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred • Six months to one year related inbound sales and travel industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 1 year in a sales or similar role • Ability to work rotating Saturdays • Ability to work overtime as needed
