📋 Description

• Empower a cohesive and adaptable team of Zone and District Managers integrating parts and service functions • Serve as a trusted advisor to Zone and District Parts and Service Managers • Drive revenue growth, KPI performance, and execution of Customer Care and Aftersales programs • Identify, address, and resolve business needs involving inventory management, warranty, customer experience, retention, training, and electric vehicle compliance • Develop, implement, and document action plans addressing performance gaps, business challenges, and emerging opportunities • Partner with regional and field teams to align execution with business goals, performance metrics, and action plans • Support initiatives including training, coaching, process integration, tools development, performance and analysis reports, and business planning • Travel at least 50% or more frequently to dealerships within the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience • 5+ years of relevant experience guiding and improving fixed operations • Proficient automotive industry knowledge and business acumen, including parts, service operations, warranty administration, and customer experience • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time domestically across multiple states within the region • Must currently reside within the Michigan or Ohio territory or be willing to relocate to Detroit, Southeast Michigan, or an approved surrounding area within 60 days of the start date • Must be legally authorized to work without GM immigration-related sponsorship now or in the future • Must legally operate a motor vehicle in accordance with applicable state licensing requirements • Must successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review • Preferred: experience with dealer performance and financial reporting tools • Preferred: strong consultative, relationship management, communication, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic thinking, adaptability, innovation, customer focus, and conflict resolution skills
