📋 Description

• Bridge business needs and technical capabilities • Direct the Data Science Team’s execution of ongoing SOLE Science workstreams • Develop internal business optimization strategies • Manage the Data Science team Agile development process • Serve as primary liaison to the SOLE Science team • Coordinate with Growth, Strategy, Enablement, XT, Finance, Agency Tech, and Products teams • Identify and prioritize high-impact workstreams • Translate business needs into technical language • Lead epic planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews • Collaborate with opportunity owners and project leads to develop data science solutions for selected clients • Facilitate in-person requirements-gathering and results communication for key clients • Participate in in-person client workshops and business development presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Business optimization strategy experience, including product ownership background • Ability to serve as primary liaison to the SOLE Science team and facilitate cross-organizational conversations • Agile development management experience • Ability to identify and prioritize high-impact workstreams • Ability to translate business needs into technical language • Experience leading epic planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews • Data science project support experience • Ability to translate complex datasets and analytical concepts into clear insights • Knowledge of database concepts • Proficiency with project management systems such as Jira • Experience with Tableau or PowerBI, or similar BI platforms
