📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and hire top talent to support the agency’s continued growth • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders across the agency to understand business needs • Develop proactive recruitment strategies • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions • Build talent pipelines and cultivate candidate relationships • Manage recruitment from initial sourcing through offer negotiation • Ensure a thoughtful, efficient, and positive hiring experience • Advise on candidate profiles and align hiring strategies with business needs and company culture • Manage candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and competing deadlines • Maintain accurate candidate records and keep hiring teams informed • Improve sourcing strategies, workflows, systems, recruitment processes, and candidate experience • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate reporting • Represent the agency professionally in candidate and external interactions • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions, from job analysis and candidate sourcing through screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation • Experience developing proactive recruitment strategies, identifying and engaging qualified talent, and building strong talent pipelines • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, referral networks, and industry connections for sourcing • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple open positions, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and competing deadlines • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills • Experience maintaining accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems • Ability to track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate reporting, and use data to evaluate hiring effectiveness • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience contributing to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives • Experience recruiting within corporate environments and filling senior-level and highly specialized positions • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and other relevant recruiting tools and platforms • Knowledge of the marketing industry and experience with recruiting analytics and reporting are a plus
