📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the US, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and closing • Partner closely with senior hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and build effective recruiting strategies • Lead hiring for Enterprise Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Marketing • Proactively source, engage, and attract high-caliber passive candidates through creative and targeted sourcing strategies • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Advise hiring managers with market insights, compensation benchmarks, candidate assessments, and recommendations • Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while ensuring speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience • Drive interview processes end-to-end, including interview planning, stakeholder alignment, feedback collection, and hiring decisions • Own candidate relationships and communicate Vega's story, opportunity, and value proposition to attract and close top talent • Use recruiting data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and optimize hiring processes • Help build and improve recruiting practices, tools, and processes as Vega scales globally

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with significant experience hiring GTM talent in the US market • Proven experience recruiting for high-growth B2B SaaS companies, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex hiring processes and successfully close senior-level candidates • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building talent pipelines in competitive markets • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and acting as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate management skills • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • Strong ownership mentality, with the ability to work independently, solve problems, and drive results • Experience working with ATS platforms and using recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes
