📋 Description

• Find and attract top talent for clients • Use deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies, to identify passive candidates • Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in its culture • Partner with top-tier stakeholders and help them understand the value of effective talent practices • Recruit candidates across technical product disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical and Product recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment • Experience filling niche roles • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with Boolean search • Excellent written and verbal communication • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
