📋 Description

• Lead the full hiring process for assigned US positions from recruitment needs through candidate search and hire • Understand hiring briefs and develop aligned advertisements and sourcing strategies • Use marketing and direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms • Manage candidates in Greenhouse and collaborate with hiring managers to move candidates through the process • Provide candidate feedback on applications, interviews, and outcomes • Communicate proactively with hiring managers about vacancy activity and process • Lead candidate initial and recruiter interviews • Make employment offers and manage associated contracts through offer acceptance

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable end-to-end in-house recruitment experience • Proven success at direct sourcing candidates within a specialist area • Previous applicant tracking system experience • Demonstrable expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing system capabilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience building working relationships at all levels • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills • Ability to manage changing priorities in line with business needs • Previous medical communications or pharmaceutical recruitment experience is desirable • Previous Greenhouse experience is highly desirable
