📋 Description

• Oversee and ensure successful delivery of implementation projects aligned with business objectives • Manage timelines, project teams, stakeholder communication, risks, scope, schedules and deliverables for multiple implementations • Provide subject matter expertise in the respective product area and guidance to other Implementation Managers • Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to refine project scope, goals and deliverables • Create comprehensive project plans with tasks, dependencies, milestones and schedules • Monitor implementation progress and track milestones and deliverables • Lead implementation kickoffs and define team roles, responsibilities and accountability • Coordinate collaboration between teams and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks • Facilitate lessons learned sessions at implementation conclusion • Identify stakeholders and create communication plans • Lead stakeholder meetings, gather feedback and resolve stakeholder issues • Maintain risk and issue logs and document risks, resolutions and lessons learned • Define and implement objectives and key results • Create, update and share status reports with stakeholders and clients • Maintain accurate implementation documentation • Collect time, cost and quality data to evaluate performance • Identify deviations and develop corrective actions to keep implementations on track • Influence operational strategies, practices and methodologies and promote best practices

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Communications or Marketing preferred • 5-7 years of work-related experience • 1+ years of project management or related experience required • Experience in leading and motivating teams • Skilled in effectively delegating tasks and enabling team members to take ownership • Proficient in managing and negotiating conflicts within teams and with stakeholders • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification required within 6 months of hire • Project Management Professional Certification preferred
