📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of email marketing strategies that drive engagement, sales, and retention for clients. • Design and build visually compelling emails that are optimized for both mobile and desktop. • Write clear, engaging email copy that aligns with each client’s brand voice and campaign goals. • Assist with audience segmentation, automation workflows, personalization, and A/B testing. • Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue impact. • Help prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement. • Communicate campaign strategy, creative direction, and performance insights to internal teams and clients. • Stay up to date with email marketing trends, platform updates, design best practices, and emerging strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field • Strong interest in email strategy, customer journeys, and performance-driven marketing • Strong design instincts and the ability to create polished, on-brand emails • Experience with or interest in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or HubSpot • Hands-on experience is a huge plus • Ability to think strategically about how email can support broader business goals • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create concise, compelling email content • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms • Comfort working with data and drawing insights from campaign performance • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with both internal teams and clients.
