📋 Description

• Support revenue-generating initiatives for all-inclusive and select resort properties through strategic partnerships with wholesalers and travel agents • Build and maintain relationships with wholesale partner business development managers and front-line travel agents within the designated territory • Represent resort properties through in-person and virtual sales calls, webinars, trainings, territory events, and FAM trips • Plan and execute joint sales initiatives with wholesale partners, including agency visits, educational sessions, and promotional activations • Deliver tailored sales presentations and materials that drive awareness, advocacy, and conversion • Translate property features, resort experiences, room categories, and brand differentiators into clear, easy-to-sell narratives • Provide product education, selling tools, talk tracks, and support materials for travel advisors • Engage a high volume of selling travel agents during interactions, events, and initiatives • Record and maintain sales activities, partner engagements, and travel-agent interactions in Salesforce • Maintain an up-to-date Outlook calendar and manage expenses with timely documentation • Participate in required meetings, conference calls, and internal forums • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on territory initiatives and commercial priorities • Analyze account profiles, identify opportunities, prioritize relationships, and develop account-specific sales strategies • Segment and prioritize partners based on performance, market opportunity, brand alignment, and growth potential • Customize presentations and messaging using data, market insights, and independent judgment • Review performance trends with partners and identify new business opportunities • Refine property positioning using market insights and advisor feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience within the hospitality or travel industry • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills • Established network of travel advisors, host agencies, consortia, and/or wholesale partners within the designated territory • Ability to represent a diverse portfolio of all-inclusive and resort properties with strong brand alignment • Excellent in-person and virtual communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate resort experiences, product features, and value propositions into engaging sales narratives • Strong product knowledge and attention to detail, including room categories, inclusions, guest fit, and competitive differentiation • Experience delivering educational sessions and trainings • Understanding of the Mexico and Caribbean all-inclusive and resort landscape and current leisure travel advisor needs • Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage a broad territory, multiple priorities, and frequent travel • Commercial judgment to identify opportunity, assess account potential, and prioritize efforts • Ability to work independently in a field-based, remote role while collaborating with internal teams • High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail • Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office • Must be based in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC or nearby suburbs • Must live within a one-hour driving distance of a major airport • Flexibility to work non-standard hours and perform reasonable ad-hoc duties as needed
