📋 Description

• Develop engaging, multimodal course content, including storyboards, scripts, and supporting materials. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and creative teams to design content aligned with learning objectives. • Work within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and create SCORM-compliant content to ensure accessibility and scalability. • Utilize AI-powered tools to design innovative learning experiences. • Maintain and develop the team’s standard operating procedures and document asset status using project management tools. • Adapt to both qualitative and quantitative feedback and work collaboratively with a team of creative thinkers. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. • Catalog and organize existing and new learning-related media, ensuring it is easily accessible to the whole team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or digital learning. • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and assets involving multiple team members. • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in SCORM content creation and working within LMS platforms. • Demonstrated success in team collaboration and independent work with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with video-first, mobile-first, and multimodal learning modalities and AI-powered education tools is a plus.
