📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and route them to the correct team • Educate customers on Collette's product offerings and travel advantages • Build and confirm tour packages in the internal reservation system • Explain offers and upgrades across tour components • Review and complete Retail booking notations requiring Client Care Center action • Handle tour changes, flight schedule changes, re-booking components, information requests, and follow-up notes • Support the sales team and Retail product line • Meet and exceed qualitative and quantitative performance goals

🎯 Requirements

• Call Center and/or travel industry experience is a plus • Strong attention to detail • Ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment • Strong computer skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word is ideal • Ability to handle customers with a high level of continuous professionalism • Ability to work effectively with all members of the team • Ability to work nights and weekends • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset • Interest in exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies • Some higher education preferred, but not necessary
