📋 Description

• Troubleshoot platform-related issues, focusing on identifying and resolving system bottlenecks • Provide solutions and alternative approaches • Negotiate with customers on the best ways to overcome issues • Use logging and troubleshooting tools to identify performance bottlenecks • Perform root-cause analysis • Partner with internal teams on continuous product improvement • Interact with customers and colleagues across different countries, backgrounds, and cultures

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge in troubleshooting Application Servers (IIS) performance issues • Ability to clearly communicate recommendations for improvement • Intermediate knowledge of databases and query optimization using SQL Server and Oracle • Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP, and SSH • Degree in Engineering or another technology-related field (BSc or MSc), or 4 years of work experience in lieu of degree • Ability to deconstruct complex problems into smaller pieces with little or no preset resolution pattern • Fluency in English; bilingual ability is a plus • Willingness to work the 8am–5pm PST shift • .NET web applications, C#, ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML, REST/SOAP web services, XML, XSD, Objective-C, iOS Apps, or Android Studio are listed as ways to stand out
