📋 Description
• Complete daily compliance tasks, including contacting patients, scheduling appointments, and completing Sleep Glad or Telehealth appointments that do not require a clinician • Review insurance compliance requirements with patients • Educate patients on the use and maintenance of PAP machines and supplies • Assist with PAP charting when needed • Communicate with physicians or other clinicians to support the continuum of care • Identify and resolve patient care issues whenever possible • Maintain current and thorough knowledge of DASCO equipment and services • Complete supply orders for various supplies per patient request • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalent • Six months’ experience in medical/insurance/healthcare/DME field preferred • Conflict Management • Customer service / client focus
