📋 Description

• Manage the Entity Management delivery queue and workload to meet volume, quality, and SLA targets • Coordinate with outsourced partners against agreed SLAs • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of delivery specialists/analysts • Uphold global EMT standards, SOPs, and statutory/regulatory compliance in every market served • Handle client operational queries and escalations • Keep accounts informed and satisfied • Monitor SLA attainment and quality • Monitor team productivity and utilisation • Monitor compliance and control outcomes • Monitor client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 6+ years in entity management, corporate secretarial, or business-services operations, including team supervision • Strong knowledge of statutory and entity-compliance processes • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing workload and people • Experience across multiple markets preferred • Exposure to delivery platforms and workflow tools preferred
