📋 Description

• Partner with the Legal team to administer legal and AI technology initiatives • Identify opportunities for improvement and build processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Administer and optimize contract lifecycle management tools • Configure workflows, contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, metadata, approval routing, reporting, users, integrations, release testing, and training • Manage AI-assisted contract review and redlining tools and support AI governance • Develop scalable prompt libraries with the Director of Legal Operations • Facilitate cross-departmental AI governance training and enablement sessions • Monitor and report AI tool performance metrics, including adoption rates and time-to-value • Improve contract turnaround times and implement scalable workflows • Build dashboards and KPIs and drive legal technology adoption • Develop and maintain legal department reporting metrics, including volume, spend, and cycle time analysis • Administer legal knowledge repositories, clause libraries, playbooks, SOPs, and training documentation • Audit legal systems to identify efficiency gaps and implement automated workflow solutions • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure data integrity and system compliance • Administer outside counsel onboarding, invoice review workflows, billing guideline compliance, accrual reporting, and spend analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Paralegal or legal operations certificate, but not required • Experience in a legal operations or paralegal role • 5+ years in Legal Operations or Legal Technology • Experience administering CLM systems • Experience with AI legal technology • Experience with eBilling platforms • Strong understanding of SaaS contracting
