📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of task order execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management • Coordinate with the Government KO, COR, and other agency representatives to ensure alignment with contract requirements • Lead project teams in implementing cyber resilience strategies and solutions • Ensure compliance with DoD standards and directives • Provide regular updates and reports to Government leadership and stakeholders • Facilitate communication between technical teams and Government management personnel • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed • Serve as Project Manager for a large, complex task order or group of task orders affecting the same system • Assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer, task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives • Ensure technical solutions and task order schedules are implemented in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience • Project Management certification, such as PMP or another recognized certification • Five (5) years of relevant experience • Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in IT and/or consulting fields • Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity frameworks and resilience strategies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment • Must possess a Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3 (T3)/NACLC/ANACI investigative clearance • Secret clearance • Master's degree in a related field and/or additional certifications preferred • Position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid
