📋 Description

• Define program-level BIM/VDC requirements with owners, design teams and contractors • Translate owner objectives into clear BIM/VDC program requirements • Develop and maintain Digital Delivery Frameworks, standards, workflows, and governance rules • Establish documentation standards, naming conventions, file structures, LOD matrices, and model audit processes • Set up and govern the Common Data Environment using ACC/BIM360 • Conduct BIM/VDC discovery and evaluate existing project conditions • Define 4D/5D integration expectations without performing scheduling or cost modeling work • Serve as primary owner contact for Digital Delivery Program matters • Facilitate alignment among owners, design teams, fabrication, and field execution stakeholders • Review and validate VDC scope expectations with design partners, trade contractors, and owner consultants • Coordinate third-party BIM/VDC vendors for compliance with program standards • Translate program requirements into scope for VEC Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, Coordination, On-Site QC, Scanning, and Implementation teams • Participate in internal kickoffs, pre-planning, and milestone check-ins • Verify service-line alignment with program standards and deliverable expectations • Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and direct corrective actions • Support QA/QC reviews of models, documentation, and coordination outputs • Oversee VEC Digital Delivery scopes at program level • Track timelines, risks, resourcing needs, dependencies, standards compliance, and owner requirements • Facilitate program reviews, alignment meetings, and reporting to ownership teams • Escalate major risks, design coordination issues, and technical blockers with recommended solutions • Define the digital-delivery technology stack and support digital-twin requirements and asset data structures • Evaluate constructability, clash avoidance, risk mitigation, and early design issue detection workflows • Maintain program knowledge bases, templates, lessons learned, and controlled documentation • Standardize deliverables, workflows, and reporting formats across service lines • Support proposal and contract scope definition, identify additional-value opportunities, and advise leadership on resources and capability development

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in BIM/VDC, digital delivery, or design-construction program management • Strong understanding of construction processes, coordination workflows, and digital ecosystems • Experience working directly with owners, developers, or major capital program stakeholders • Proven ability to build BIM/VDC standards, digital execution plans, and cross-disciplinary frameworks • Expertise in ACC/BIM360, Navisworks, Revit, model federation, scanning/point clouds, and CDE governance • Ability to work with multiple service lines, manage risk, and deliver clarity in ambiguous situations • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to translate technical data into actionable direction for both executives and field teams • Experience with 4D/5D integration concepts (not execution) • Experience in healthcare, mission-critical, aviation, higher education, or large public-sector programs • Familiarity with ISO 19650 or other digital delivery standards • Understanding of digital twin and FM data structures • Lean construction exposure • Leadership and motivational skills • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities • Strategic thinking and adaptability • Ability to foster a culture of accountability and growth • Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills • In-depth knowledge of VDC tools, methods, and workflows • Understanding of construction contracts, schedules, and project management principles • Experience in business development and client engagement strategies • Strong understanding of financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounts receivable management • Ability to develop and enforce SOPs for efficient project execution
