📋 Description

• Execute company programs, including cost, schedule, and technical performance • Oversee program life-cycle and manage activities required to meet business goals and objectives • Serve as the central focal point and authority for one or more programs • Act as the single point of contact for internal and external customers • Manage programs throughout their life-cycle and ensure customer alignment and satisfaction • Define, implement, and manage program controls and success criteria • Identify, analyze, and manage program-level risks • Coordinate project teams and interdependencies • Establish, communicate, and manage program priorities • Align stakeholders and report program status and health • Lead program meetings and customer and executive program reviews • Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, EAC, resource allocations, and communications • Support creation and maintenance of product requirements • Manage program scope changes and advise leadership and customers of impacts • Support Business Development bidding and opportunity capture • Assist with cost and technical proposals • Ensure adherence to company policies and processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or an Engineering-related field is required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • 8–12 years of experience in Program Management • Top Secret clearance required • Proven track record of running multiple successful projects • Experience managing firm fixed price programs and developing risk management and mitigation plans • Experience in a highly technical environment • Deep knowledge of project management methods, tools, and processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project • Some travel required, up to 20% • U.S. Citizen required • Ability to work in an office environment • ITAR/EAR compliance eligibility as a U.S. person or ability to obtain an export license • PMI or equivalent certification preferred • Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems desired • Experience managing international (ex-US) programs desired • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance strongly desired • Familiarity with export licenses for military products • Strong verbal and written skills • Analytical and strategic thinking ability • Leadership skills • Strong work ethic, honesty, trustworthiness, and high integrity • Ability to work independently and across cross-functional disciplines • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
