📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE), evaluating all systems and components associated with facilities and structures, to determine operating efficiency, capacity, and remaining life expectancy. • Utilize proprietary software tools via computers, iPads, or tablets to input, validate, and maintain facility condition assessment data. • Ensure data accuracy through systematic updates, validations, and detailed reporting. • Generate inventory condition reports and technical updates for facilities newly added to the client portfolio. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines. • Adhere to stringent industry and company standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and time management skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Advanced Excel skills are required. • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Experience in the construction or maintenance sectors is required. • Must be eligible for a DoD Position of Trust (Tier 1 level investigation) • High school diploma required. • Former military members with a background in construction or facilities management are highly encouraged to apply.
