📋 Description

• Troubleshoot daily project system issues to meet uptime goals • Monitor hourly production output targets and execute corrective or escalation plans • Follow maintenance schedules and perform preventive maintenance and start-up tests • Identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions • Collaborate with maintenance teams, subcontractors, and other groups to improve system performance, product quality, and maintenance costs • Communicate cross-functionally to resolve plant issues • Complete CMMS work orders and audit events and warranty claims • Diagnose and troubleshoot inverters, switchgear, transformers, breakers, communications equipment, trackers, and other project systems • Train operators and others on machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Develop standard operating documents for maintenance and operations • Assist with project commissioning and testing • Coordinate on-site project planning, installations, commissioning, quality inspections, and performance testing • Attend assigned safety, environmental, and other training • Follow health and safety rules and company policies • Conduct other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in renewable energy, such as solar or wind • Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical machinery and equipment • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, drawings, manuals, and specifications • Strong safety background, including Lockout Tagout and Job Hazard Analysis experience • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to work outside normal daytime hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including nights and weekends, for emergency service or project equipment issues • Willingness to travel; project locations are currently within Sicily, Italy • Good written and verbal communication skills in English • Deep knowledge of local regulations applicable to PV sites under operation • Valid driver’s license
