📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow • Collaborate with senior developers and architects on solution design • Bring public health perspective to technical discussions and design decisions • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives • Write clean, well-documented, testable code following team standards • Learn and apply Salesforce best practices through code reviews and mentorship • Translate public health requirements into technical implementations • Participate in quarterly Program Increment planning, two-week sprints, backlog refinement, pair programming, and team problem-solving • Contribute to the PH360 platform and client implementations • Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve technical craft

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce development or administration experience • 1+ years working for a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal) • Salesforce Administrator certification required • Platform Developer I certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform • Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or similar programming languages • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules • Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts • Exposure to version control such as Git, or willingness to learn • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Willingness to adhere to the no-drug workplace policy • Must agree to undergo eVerify for employment status at hiring
