📋 Description

• Understand client business use cases and technical requirements and convert them into technical designs • Map architectural decisions to requirements and translate them for developers • Identify and evaluate solution options to select the best fit for client requirements • Own the overall Health Cloud technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and HIPAA/PHI compliance • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, architects, and senior leadership on Health Cloud capabilities and best practices • Review and approve high- and low-level technical designs against enterprise architecture standards • Ensure Salesforce best practices, governor-limit optimization, performance tuning, and code-quality standards • Guide teams on Salesforce security, data access, sharing rules, consent management, and compliance • Bridge business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers on scalable solutions • Validate solution feasibility against Salesforce capabilities and project constraints • Prepare and maintain process flows, business process models, functional diagrams, and documentation • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Explain Salesforce capabilities and solution trade-offs to users • Support user adoption through training materials, user guides, and release notes • Analyze existing Salesforce implementations and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities • Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements • Write and review architecture and high-level design documents • Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs • Develop overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks • Apply technology-integration knowledge to projects • Resolve code-review issues through systematic root-cause analysis and justify decisions • Conduct proofs of concept to validate proposed designs and technologies • Mentor team members and hold them accountable for high delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of total experience • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large enterprise healthcare implementations • Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features, including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management • Experience translating complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions • Experience driving architecture decisions across Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, and automation • Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs • Experience defining and governing integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, FHIR, and HL7 • Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, and patient/member lifecycle management • Experience leading requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Experience providing technical governance, conducting design/code reviews, and managing architectural risks and technical debt • Experience leading and mentoring multi-shore Salesforce teams, including developers, admins, QA, and offshore delivery teams • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins • Experience collaborating with program managers on scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments • Experience driving innovation, PoCs, Salesforce Health Cloud feature adoption, and platform enhancements • Experience participating in roadmap planning, release strategy, and long-term platform evolution • Strong experience in Agile/Scaled Agile environments, sprint planning, and release management • Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
