📋 Description
• Increase the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department as an individual contributor • Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to bring loans to current status • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly collection and metric goals • Make outbound and inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed • Follow GoodLeap’s collections policies and procedures • Resolve overdue bills and collect payments • Keep records of amounts owed and length of delinquency
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections • Knowledge of sales, negotiation and persuasion tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented • Team player • Professional demeanor • Bilingual English/Spanish required
