📋 Description

• Create, update, and maintain structured grant calendars for assigned nonprofit clients • Monitor internal target dates and buffers to keep writers, administrators, and clients on track • Access funder portals and application software to extract questions, word limits, formatting rules, and required attachments • Format extracted questions into standardized templates for Grant Writers • Set up client login credentials and basic profile information on external portals • Accurately input client-approved narrative content into funder portals • Gather, format, and attach nonprofit supporting documents • Verify form fields, placeholders, highlights, and missing answers • Conduct final proofreading and formatting checks for coherence and logical flow • Confirm narrative answers match portal fields and comply with character and word limits • Flag technical discrepancies or missing information that could delay submission • Execute final electronic grant submissions after approvals • Record completed submissions, capture confirmation receipts, and update AgentPro task statuses to trigger customer notifications

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or data entry roles • Exceptional precision in data entry, copy-pasting, and proofreading • Ability to spot formatting errors, broken links, and incomplete fields • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain calendars proactively • Comfort navigating software platforms, web portals, forms, and cloud-based databases such as Notion, Google Workspace, and CRMs • Strong basic written English skills • Recent graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome • No prior grant writing experience required
