📋 Description

• Deliver technical training (in-person, virtual, and hands-on) across automotive systems and emerging technologies • Coach technicians in-store, conduct skill gap analyses, and improve diagnostics, productivity, and repair quality • Develop and facilitate training programs, including ASE and internal certification preparation • Track training records, certifications, and effectiveness using LMS while ensuring compliance with standards • Partner with internal teams to design curriculum, training materials, and technical content • Support new product, tool, and technology launches through structured training and field enablement

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in automotive technology or related field required; equivalent experience (minimum 8 years) considered in lieu of a degree • Master ASE Automotive Technician certification (including L1) and additional ASE certifications preferred • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience • Advanced mechanical and diagnostic expertise across major vehicle systems • Strong knowledge of diagnostic strategies, tools, and service systems • Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills • Must reside within the assigned territory and be able to travel 75–80% including overnight stays
