📋 Description

• Prepare complete and accurate submission packages in Veeva RAPID for MLR review • Upload and organize supporting references • Link and tag claims to relevant source passages • Check submission details, document naming, metadata, version history, and required supporting files • Partner with content owners and agencies to resolve submission gaps • Support revisions and resubmissions while maintaining claim-to-reference links and correct document versions • Perform quality assurance checks on final materials in Veeva PromoMats against MLR-approved content • Review copy, references, footnotes, required disclosures, layout, and production details • Coordinate corrections with internal teams and production partners • Complete production approval and release steps for print production and distribution • Maintain submission and production status, communicate priorities and deadline risks, and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting biopharmaceutical promotional review, MLR submissions, editorial operations, or medical and marketing production • Experience delivering accurate work against deadlines • Experience proofreading documents for print production, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and consistency with final approved content • Familiarity with preparing submission packages, managing references, and linking claims to supporting source documentation • Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva MedProduction is required • Experience as an editor or medical editor, including proofreading, reference checking, and reviewing scientific or medical content, is required • Experience with medical production, promotional print production, or final material quality assurance is a plus • Strong attention to detail • Sound judgment and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage competing deadlines, make priorities visible, and escalate issues before they risk quality or delivery • Clear, candid communication and a collaborative approach • Regular use of a computer, devices, or other office equipment; clear communication; occasional movement; comfort with screen work, basic hand coordination, and focus
