📋 Description

• Lead and design the evolution of high-criticality microservices, ensuring complex business rules are translated into scalable, resilient, and low-latency systems. • Abstract complexity: refine our integration layer with multiple payment providers, ensuring internal products consume a cohesive platform regardless of who is on the other end. • Pragmatic innovation: identify opportunities to apply new concepts and technologies, balancing state-of-the-art approaches with simplicity and technical feasibility. • Ensure stability: act as a reference for detecting and resolving complex incidents, working both within your team and in coordination with related teams. • Efficiency focus: diagnose systemic inefficiencies across teams and mobilize efforts (technical or process-related) to optimize delivery flow and platform performance. • Raise the technical bar: review partner teams' deliverables with a focus on Software Engineering, Product, and Business, ensuring pull requests follow industry best practices. • Feedback culture: share knowledge through constructive code reviews, mentoring, and documentation, promoting autonomy and technical growth among colleagues. • Strategic influence: serve as the technical bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the final solution is elegant and robust. • Amplify efficiency with AI: lead the adoption of AI-Assisted Development tools (such as advanced Copilots and coding agents) to accelerate code writing, generation of unit tests, and technical documentation. • AI on the platform: explore the use of AI to optimize payment platform flows, such as intelligent transaction categorization or proactive anomaly detection in logs and integration metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a software developer in evolution projects and high-complexity applications. • Development of code and scripts in the programming languages and frameworks adopted by the company. • Creation and consumption of APIs. • Functional programming and Design Patterns. • TDD and test automation. • Microservices architecture design and event-driven architecture. • Relational and object-oriented databases. • Continuous integration / continuous delivery processes and containerization. • Secure software development (OWASP). • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. • Fluent English is a plus.
