📋 Description

• Process buyout requests and terminations of wholesale customer agreements • Draft and review correspondence, ancillary transaction documents, and contract-related materials, including amendments, consents, and notices • Maintain and update the contracts and matter tracker • Provide regular status reports to the Deputy General Counsel and senior leadership • Review and improve standard form agreements, including supply, consignment, and lease templates • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in contract intake, drafting turnaround, and legal support for operational teams • Perform other related duties as assigned • Report to the Deputy General Counsel

🎯 Requirements

• Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail • Strong written/verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters • Self-motivated and able to prioritize under tight time constraints • Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting • Ability to work cross-functionally with non-legal teams • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts • Familiarity with supply, distribution, lease, or M&A transactions preferred • Juris Doctorate • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state • 2–5 years of transactional or corporate legal experience, in-house or at a law firm • Familiarity with commercial contract law, UCC Article 2 and Article 9 principles, and standard secured transaction and M&A documentation
