📋 Description

• Diagnose performance and design solutions for business impact. • Partner with clients to align learning and performance interventions with business goals. • Evaluate business issues and determine the need for performance analysis. • Lead discussions with stakeholders to assess situational needs and recommend solutions. • Design performance-based learning strategies and curricula. • Research trends and identify new opportunities in instructional design.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Performance Consultant or similar role. • Excellent consulting and relationship-building skills. • Strong understanding of performance analysis and diagnostics. • Experience in developing learning strategies and curriculum maps. • Familiarity with digital learning platforms (LMS, LXP) is preferred. • Knowledge of automotive industry is an asset. • Proficiency in course programming tools (Articulate, Captivate) is desirable. • Ability to work collaboratively and promote a positive team culture. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
