📋 Description

• Drive the operating cadence for the GCPS partner skilling business • Own worldwide performance reporting • Manage program budget planning across a multi-region event portfolio • Create custom emails for Regional Skilling Leads • Track all POs end-to-end and ensure all Proof of Execution

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business management, partner enablement, or program operations within a global technology channel organization • Deep familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem • Strong financial and operational rigor • Excellent executive communication • Experience coordinating vendor teams and multilingual delivery across global markets
