📋 Description

• Assist in performing audits of client financial statements under senior personnel supervision • Assist in completing audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings • Research current audit legislation and ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations • Collect, assimilate, and analyze client data using standard processes and tools • Assist in identifying technical issues and suggest mitigation approaches • Recommend ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfaction • Stay current with auditing and financial reporting trends, regulations, and best practices • Participate in special projects and initiatives assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Certified Public Accountant is strongly preferred • At least one busy season of audit experience in a Senior role, or currently holding a Senior position in the local firm • Experience handling approximately 15–18 engagements involving small- to medium-sized companies • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong proficiency in technology and basic PC applications, including Excel and Word • Minimum internet speed of 50–100 Mbps • Dedicated private, quiet home office area • Power and internet backup is a must
