📋 Description

• Support development of event press kits and PR materials • Assist with press outreach and media communications • Coordinate vendor outreach and backlink requests • Help manage internal and client approvals for project marketing efforts • Draft and refresh long-form and bite-size case studies • Support agency and project-specific video content edits • Contribute to general and targeted newsletters • Help build industry- and topic-specific strategy materials • Support capabilities decks, one-pagers, and sales case studies • Update and maintain existing sales materials • Assist with copywriting, design coordination, and image sourcing for sales assets • Support LinkedIn advertising campaigns from planning through optimization • Help execute targeted email and drip campaigns • Track and report on campaign performance across email, paid media, social, and content downloads • Contribute to SEO and GEO efforts through blog content and keyword research • Support the Founder's LinkedIn presence, including content drafts and performance tracking • Help identify media opportunities for agency leadership • Research conferences, panels, and podcasts, and support speaker pitch development • Coordinate leadership reviews and approvals on speaking and press materials • Help identify relevant award opportunities and categories • Draft supporting materials for award submissions • Track submission requirements, timelines, and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field (agency experience a plus) • Strong writing skills across formats: case studies, social copy, press pitches, decks • Comfort juggling multiple projects and deadlines at once • Interest in experiential, events, or brand marketing • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and basic performance reporting • A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn from senior team members • Required to work EST hours
