📋 Description

• Review and authenticate sneaker listings before they are available for sale • Remove unsafe listings or listings that do not meet marketplace standards • Ensure listings are accurately described and correctly categorized • Identify inconsistencies, manipulated photos, and inaccurate product details • Respond to community and marketing requests for item moderation • Review authentication defect reports and support continuous improvement • Stay current on sneaker authentication methods, release trends, and counterfeit techniques • Attend and host training or mentorship sessions • Help build and improve authentication resources, guides, and hard checkpoints • Monitor the impact of authentication work on defect rates, SLAs, and operational metrics • Support process improvement focused on consistency, quality, and efficiency • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Work eligibility • Background knowledge and expertise in sneakers and footwear • Strong knowledge and interest in sneaker culture and footwear trends • Interest in sneaker authentication, release history, and counterfeit detection • Ability to learn and adapt quickly • Proven independent problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and consistency in decision-making • Enthusiasm for Grailed and/or power-user experience with the Grailed platform • Impeccable judgment when handling sensitive, non-public data and information • Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled • Availability to work 20–30 hours per week • Availability to attend team meetings and collaborate frequently • Knowledge or familiarity with Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas/Yeezy, New Balance, ASICS, Converse, Vans, Salomon, HOKA, designer sneakers, and collaborative releases
