• Participate in simulated client and event planner conversations. • Assess client needs and recommend suitable event solutions. • Explain event planning workflows and next steps clearly. • Develop realistic scenarios involving timelines, vendors, budgets, and logistics. • Identify common planning challenges and propose practical solutions. • Review conversations and provide structured feedback. • Create clear written examples of professional client communication. • Collaborate remotely with the project team during review cycles.
🎯 Requirements
• Professional experience in **event planning, coordination, or event management**. • Experience communicating directly with clients. • Ability to manage event timelines, logistics, and changing requirements. • Experience handling common event-planning challenges and trade-offs. • Strong written and spoken English.
