📋 Description

• Own technical QA on every site before it reaches a client, including broken links, contact forms, mobile responsiveness, page structure, SEO fundamentals, and placeholder content • Build efficient website brief and handoff processes from ideation to execution • Manage relationships with development resources by setting expectations, tracking turnaround, and coaching for speed and quality • Build and implement a ticketing and project tracking process for edit requests; ClickUp has recently been adopted • Reduce custom development by moving toward proven, pre-built website templates • Gather requirements for premium custom builds and participate in scoping conversations • Work with hosting and domain management, including DNS and hosting environments • Translate requests between account managers and developers • Serve as the internal owner of website operations and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on WordPress and Elementor (or similar page builder) experience; experience building and maintaining real sites • Enough technical depth to assess whether developers' output is complete and high quality, including AI-assisted work • Working SEO knowledge, including on-page fundamentals and content guidance for pages targeting a specific service and location • Experience coordinating with a development team and writing precise specifications • Strong quality assurance focus • Comfort building processes and systems from scratch • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical account managers and technical developers • FIO (figure it out) mentality and ability to work with unfamiliar CMSs and unique client requests • Experience at a marketing or digital agency serving small-to-midsize business clients (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows (nice to have) • Background blending technical work with direct people interaction, such as client services or technical account management (nice to have) • Formal SEO training and experience (nice to have)
