📋 Description

• Own and support software delivery activities including build, deployment, release, and environment management • Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, securing, and deploying applications • Provision, configure, and maintain cloud and hosted infrastructure using automation and infrastructure as code • Troubleshoot application, deployment, infrastructure, and environment issues with limited supervision • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis • Monitor system health and review logs and telemetry • Improve reliability, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency • Standardize engineering practices, reusable automation, deployment patterns, and operational runbooks • Collaborate with engineering, support, operations, and security teams • Apply security, compliance, and operational standards and strengthen controls • Participate in operational support and rotational on-call activities • Own assigned issues through resolution and follow-through • Provide guidance to junior engineers through knowledge sharing, documentation, and technical collaboration • Apply AI across CI/CD, observability, incident response, and infrastructure operations • Contribute to MCP tools and AIOps practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, or a related engineering discipline • Working knowledge of CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, cloud operations, release management, and system reliability • Experience with Linux and/or Windows administration, scripting, source control, cloud platforms, and production or pre-production troubleshooting • Practical experience with containers, infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, and operational support processes • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver reliable results • Effective written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate across technical teams • Accountability, sound judgment, attention to detail, operational excellence, and continuous improvement • Ability to use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly • Curiosity about applying AI tools in infrastructure engineering • Interest in developing, extending, and using MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools and APIs • Familiarity with AIOps concepts including alert correlation, anomaly detection, event enrichment, and assisted root cause analysis • Initiative to build AI-driven scripts and automate operational tasks • Experience or willingness to learn Python or similar for operational tools with guardrails • Must adhere to information security, data privacy, compliance, and required training standards
