📋 Description

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and data analysts to migrate clients to TaxSys software • Prepare data for customer training, customer subject matter expert verification, and TaxSys go-live • Reverse-engineer legacy tax data and write conversion specifications for TaxSys • QA conversion results and refine specifications • Investigate incorrect customer data and determine its origins • Create developer specifications, management documentation status updates, and customer communications • Guide clients through TaxSys data verification • Help clients understand tradeoffs and make data-related decisions • Participate in project teams of 2–3 developers and 2–3 data analysts

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working directly with customers • At least 1 year of experience with data mapping, specifications, and/or other deliverables for developers • At least 1 year of experience analyzing data using SQL tools • At least 1 year of experience with SQL • Outstanding planning and time management skills • Experience with ETL tool and/or dbVisualizer a plus • Willingness to travel about 15% annually for face-to-face meetings with clients and colleagues • Project management experience and desire to lead projects
