📋 Description

• Design the end-to-end architecture for the operational data platform. • Collaborate with partner teams to define and govern reference architectures. • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks. • Lead the evaluation and selection of supporting real-time data technologies. • Serve as the architectural authority for complex design decisions. • Provide technical coaching and mentorship to Data Producer & Consumer teams. • Operate at the forefront of Gravie’s Data Platform innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience architecting and operating large-scale data integrations, streaming pipelines, and operational data movement in a cloud environment. • Strong hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, and Debezium (or similar). • Extensive experience with AWS. • Deep understanding of data observability concepts. • Prior experience in a healthcare setting, with a deep understanding of HIPAA, ePHI. • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python. • Demonstrated ability to take complex, ambiguous problems and independently drive them to concrete, measurable solutions. • Success in driving results through influence and collaboration. • Previous venture-backed start-up company experience.
