⢠Own the enterprise regulatory calendar, including filing deadlines, license renewals, committee cadences, exam dates, and training requirements ⢠Run an advance-notice cycle and escalate at-risk items before they are late ⢠Serve as primary internal contact for TPA licensing and Secretary of State vendors ⢠Assemble required documentation, track filings through approval, and resolve deficiency notices ⢠Maintain an independent state-by-state record of license status, numbers, expirations, and fees ⢠Manage designated responsible person/producer designations and hold vendors accountable to deadlines and service standards ⢠Provide lifecycle support for the Compliance Committee and sub-committees, including scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes, and decision logs ⢠Maintain committee charters, rosters, and work plans ⢠Prepare executive reporting packages through the Board Audit Committee ⢠Prepare and submit Compliance-owned regulatory filings ⢠Maintain repeatable filing playbooks and reconcile filings submitted versus required ⢠Operate the centralized Compliance intake queue by logging, triaging, routing, and tracking items to closure ⢠Support incident management, including PHI incidents, with Privacy and Information Security ⢠Produce intake and incident reporting on volume, aging, closure rates, and emerging themes ⢠Support regulatory change management by logging alerts and rule changes, routing impact assessments, and tracking implementation tasks ⢠Coordinate external regulatory audits and market conduct exams ⢠Manage document requests, evidence collection, response tracking, and remediation through closure ⢠Maintain audit-ready documentation across all functions
⢠5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory operations, insurance licensing, legal operations, or a comparable administrative and operational role in a regulated industry ⢠Experience owning deadline-driven regulatory processes with external consequences for missed deadlines ⢠Sound judgement with confidential and sensitive information ⢠5+ years of hands-on experience with entity licensing, state registrations, or similar regulatory processes ⢠5+ years of experience working with outsourced service providers or similar independent internal or external parties ⢠5+ years of experience supporting formal governance or committee processes, including agendas, minutes, and action item tracking ⢠5+ years of exceptional document and records discipline, including version control and audit-ready writing ⢠2+ years of advanced experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace ⢠Ability to build usable trackers and straightforward reporting ⢠Experience in health insurance, third-party administration, ICHRA, or health benefits administration ⢠Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security, ACA, and ERISA as they apply to benefits administration ⢠Experience with governance, risk, and compliance platforms, contract lifecycle management tools, or e-signature workflows ⢠Experience supporting market conduct examinations, SOC audits, or similar third-party assessments ⢠Relevant certification such as CCEP, CHC, CIPP/US, or an insurance licensing designation
