📋 Description

• Conduct financial analysis to support client engagements, strategic initiatives, and internal business decisions • Participate in client meetings to understand financial and regulatory positions, define analysis objectives, and establish deliverables • Collaborate with bank clients to gather required data and inputs for analysis • Build, update, and maintain financial models to forecast performance, evaluate risk, and support capital planning • Perform loan-level and portfolio-level analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and client deliverables • Support presentation and delivery of analysis results to clients and internal stakeholders • Work with clients on an ongoing basis to support implementation and integration of analytical findings • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics • Assist with budgeting, long-term planning, and forecast updates based on changing business conditions and market trends • Identify financial risks and contribute to mitigation strategies • Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory expectations and internal controls • Collaborate cross-functionally on operational and strategic initiatives • Communicate financial concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability within the finance function • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Generally, 1-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting • Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and financial planning software • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship
