📋 Description

• Partner with the Lead Services Planner throughout scheduling, staffing, and completion of professional learning services in assigned territories • Track upcoming engagements, enter approved staffing plans into the scheduling tool, and confirm assignments with coaches • Maintain accurate, high-quality records in the scheduling tool • Lead preparation activities for service sessions, including confirming details and logistics with customers • Arrange facilitation materials and other session logistics, coordinating internally as needed • Understand customer documentation requirements and develop timely, appropriate documentation • Confirm session completion and trigger close-out activities such as Coaching Debrief • Complete pre-invoicing steps to trigger Accounting processes • Coordinate with Accounting and Sales to resolve issues through resolution • Ensure preparation and close-out activities are completed on time according to service level agreements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience planning and coordinating professional learning or other services • Highly detailed and process oriented • Ability to manage many concurrent items while ensuring quality and timely completion • Commitment to meeting service level expectations • Proactive communication skills, including identifying issues and risks and taking action to resolve them • Strong customer-centric orientation • Ability to communicate and partner effectively with internal teams • Team-player mindset and commitment to excellence • High level of integrity • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Cover letter and resume required • New employees must successfully complete a background check • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must indicate whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
