📋 Description
• Manage contracts end-to-end from drafting to execution and closeout • Maintain visibility into contract milestones and obligations • Address disputes and coordinate with internal teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into contract content • Prepare and deliver monthly contract reporting to the Senior Managing Counsel
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years’ of demonstrated paralegal experience • Experience managing complex contract management systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
