📋 Description

• Identify target accounts and build relationships with off-premises staff, retail managers, and customer sales personnel • Leverage relationships with key accounts to sell in distribution • Educate trade and consumers through samplings, meetings, and trainings • Support the local team with staff training • Use Encompass, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software to track activities, results, contacts, tasks, and output • Maintain and enhance the network of points of distribution • Achieve monthly sales and placement goals in the assigned territory • Work hands-on in an intense, fast-paced environment • Direct distributor sales forces and develop key retail customer relationships • Work in warehouse environments with varying seasonal temperatures and noise levels

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a supplier or distributor • Spirits background would be ideal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Must have and provide valid Driver’s License and auto insurance that is in force • Ability and willingness to occasionally work non-traditional hours, such as nights and weekends • Strong interpersonal skills to direct distributor sales forces and develop key retail customer relationships • Familiarity with the local market • Must be at least 21 years old • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend and stoop, and reach with hands and arms • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to verbally communicate with others and exchange accurate information • Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and distinguish sound and perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels, with or without correction • Must be comfortable with various noise levels, including loud environments • Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
