📋 Description

• Effectively manage a mixed book of accounts across our emerging markets • Become the key advocate internally for market knowledge, providing updates to our sales, product and marketing teams on how we serve and win in emerging markets • Build strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives • Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers - achieved through outstanding product and industry knowledge • Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers' organizations • Be an active participant in building and improving internal operational processes • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record in a customer-facing B2B SaaS position • Fluency in English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish • Experience working in Enterprise account management or customer success roles, preferably with responsibility for renewals • A collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally on a shared objective • Your own unique talents!
