📋 Description

• Gather information and data about equipment being serviced • Diagnose system failures and issues • Educate customers on findings and offer solution recommendations • Navigate tablet software to review customer and equipment history • Engage professionally and politely with clients to uncover their needs • Work with team leaders to address issues beyond the technician’s knowledge base • Debrief the office or homeowner on field findings • Work on the road throughout the greater Seattle area • Participate in on-call rotation for service technicians as needed

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC experience required for Service Technician • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face-to-face interaction with homeowners • Experience navigating mobile devices, especially Apple products • Ability to learn new software • Attention to detail when debriefing office staff or homeowners • Service-oriented approach and ability to handle positive and negative customer service scenarios • Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Must be able to stand or kneel for extended periods • Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics • Must be able to work on ladders and drive a company vehicle • Must provide a current resume and brief cover letter to apply
