📋 Description

• Consult with managerial personnel to develop recruitment strategy • Conduct job analysis and develop specialized experience statements and assessment tools • Recruitment from the general public (Delegated Examining) • Use model assessment tools when appropriate • Post vacancy announcements • Review candidates for eligibility, qualifications, and veteran preference • Issue certificate of eligibles to management officials • Conduct quality review of staffing case files • Verify candidate eligibility and qualifications prior to appointment • Perform general, specialized or targeted outreach recruitment efforts • Develop vacancy announcements using USA Staffing automated staffing tool • Respond to inquiries from supervisors and candidates • Screen applications to determine basic eligibility and qualifications • Coordinate rating panels and issue certificates to candidates

🎯 Requirements

• experience posting vacancy announcements utilizing USA Staffing • familiar with USA Hire and other second-hurdle assessment options • currently Delegated Examining (DE) certified • minimum of three (3) years of Federal Government staffing experience • required to be able to obtain and maintain a Tier-4 Public Trust background investigation
