• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies for leadership and GTM roles • Own end-to-end recruitment for all North America-based roles, with a primary focus on GTM and Leadership roles • Manage recruitment workflows within ICIMS, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders • Co-lead recruitment operations through iCIMS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow efficiency • Support the adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing automation, talent intelligence platforms)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on GTM and leadership hiring • Proven experience recruiting across North America (U.S. and Canada) • Strong experience sourcing and closing passive candidates for complex roles • Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology organizations preferred • Agency recruiting background is a plus • Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS preferred
