📋 Description

• Maintain and manage ongoing relationships with existing clients through communication, satisfaction feedback, complaint resolution, and prompt responses to information and report requests • Lead and coordinate new business and market development initiatives by identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, soliciting business, preparing and presenting proposals and pitches, and closing transactions • Contribute to annual Client Services business planning and budgeting by setting financial and client satisfaction goals, proposing cost-justified programs and investments, and developing tactical plans • Execute new business development strategy through market analysis, reporting, and recommendations to secure client relationships and market position • Establish internal communication networks and client relationship management systems for effective information exchange and client communication • Assist with promotional materials, brochures, business pitches, proposals, and RFP responses; present the Company’s offerings, services, and benefits • Coordinate and finalize due diligence assignments and liaise with brokers for new fee management opportunities • Improve client service and satisfaction by gathering and analyzing feedback, identifying issues, and implementing innovative, cost-effective solutions
